Retrotec's comprehensive enclosure integrity testing training provides the answers to most technical support questions. If you haven't yet completed your training, we strongly recommend this as a starting point.
Manufacturing, Warehouse, Calibration & Repair
Retrotec will repair or replace all defective equipment as covered
by the Retrotec Limited Warranty. Please contact us if you are unsure
if your equipment problems are covered.
For equipment repairs, you must contact Retrotec Technical Support prior
to shipping equipment back to Retrotec. Equipment shipped to Retrotec
without a repair authorization will not be repaired, and cannot be
tracked by our technical support system.
Repair times are typically 3-6 weeks.
All systems must be shipped to our manufacturing facility for calibration and repair work. Please include a detailed packing list. If possible, take digital photos of your equipment prior to shipping.
