Calibration & Repair : Local Gauge Calibration
You may choose to have your gauges calibrated by a local calibration laboratory.
Retrotec charges US$100 to update the license information. This includes creating a new calibration certificate. You will supply the calibration data and we can supply the calibration upgrade license for CA2001 so your gauges are corrected automatically as you use them.
To have your gauges locally calibrated, please complete the following steps:
Step 1.
Each gauge must be tested to our calibration standard. Have the calibration company fill out the attached calibration sheet for the appropriate gauge.
Step 2.
Fax the completed calibration sheet back to Retrotec at 604.737.0162. We will produce a calibration certificate that will be contained in a software license file. We will email you the updated CA2001 software certificate.
Information not provided on Retrotec's paperwork will be returned to you. We regret that we cannot process your calibration information unless your paperwork is completed in full.
Step 3.
Import the new software license file into CA2001 or E2001 from the Home Tab. Your new certificates can be now printed out.
