Clean Agent 2001 Software : Installing Your CA2001 Certificate

Your CA2001 license can only be used with software version 2.5.4. To find out what version of software you are currently running, follow these instructions.

Open CA2001
On the top right-hand corner, look what "Build" is listed (example: "build 2.5.4")
Make a note of that number, that is your software version

If you have version 2.5.4, please follow the installation instrcutions below.

If you have version 2.3.1 or later, please follow the following directions

Download the upgrade and install it. Click here to download the most recent updater.

Once installed follow the installation instructions below.

If you have version older than 2.3.1, please follow the following directions

Uninstall your old CA2001 software from your computer

Download the most recent installation file. Click here to download the most recent installer. Do not use this installer if your current build is version 2.3.1 or later -- you may lose your data.

The license file comes in form of a .txt file. Do not open this directly. Save this to your hard drive or floppy disk. Use the installation instructions below or refer to your software manual to install your new license.

Please ensure that you keep a backup copy of this file. There is a fee for issuing replacement certificates.

Installation Instructions:

From the Home tab, click on the "Import New" button to initiate the license installation process.
You will be asked to browse for the .txt file, locate and highlight the .txt file and click "Open".
A screen will appear confirming that the license has been identified, click "Yes" to continue with the installation.
A new screen will appear once the license has been loaded telling you it has been added to your software. Click "OK" to continue.
Finally, a message will prompt you to close the program to complete the license installation.

The next time the software is opened, it will have been upgraded from a demo version to a fully licensed version with the name of the licensee, calibration certificates and technician certifications all embedded in the program.

Save this license file in a safe place, if lost there will be a fee to replace it.
