Clean Agent 2001 Software : Windows Vista Support
The current Version of Retrotec's CA2001 software is not fully compatible with the Microsoft's Vista operating system.
Basic Operations & Calculations
All software functions and calculations appear to operate correctly. Retrotec is unaware of any errors in retention time calculations
Viewing Reports
When you choose to view your report the report will appear as a solid black screen and you will be unable to view the report text.
The report can be printed properly. Retrotec recommends printing your report as a PDF file that can be emailed to your customer, or printed as necessary.
