Equipment Repairs
Retrotec will repair or replace all defective equipment as covered by the Retrotec Limited Warranty. Please contact us if you are unsure if your equipment problems are covered.
For equipment repairs, please contact us at 604-732-0142 or at support@retrotec.com. You must contact Retrotec technical support prior to shipping equipment back to Retrotec. Equipment shipped to Retrotec without a repair authorization will not be repaired, and cannot be tracked by our technical support system.
Repair times are typically 3-6 weeks.
