The Commercial and Large Building developers and owners use Retrotec's "high power calibrated flow measurement equipment":http://www.retrotec.com/products/blower_door_systems/cloth_panel_systems/q4e_automated_blower_door/ to measure the holes (leaks) between the building and the outdoors, and also the holes (leaks) between internal building components (apartments and floors). Software is used to analyze the measurements and report on conditioned-air loss and to perform complex automatic control many fans operating in unison. Measurements are also used as inputs into third-party analytical systems.

*Colin L. Genge* was the developer and author of the NFPA12A and 2001 Enclosure Integrity Procedure in 1988. He has created Clean Agent Windows software for enclosure design and acceptance. He has designed and manufactures Door-Fan enclosure test equipment at Retrotec for specialized leakage area tests.
